RSC has a strong focus on the development of our consultants. Training and development at RSC does not necessarily follow a rigid structure but depends on the consultant’s requirements and is selected to suit individual needs.

For example, we provide formal training to our employees, delivered through specifically tailored global training sessions and supplemented by targeted training courses at every stage of your career path. These sessions include classic consultancy skills training such as presentation and selling skills, but might also encompass more individualistic options, such as intensive language courses.

In addition to working with seasoned professionals, our consultants experience a challenging and diverse project range, ensuring that you continuously keep learning and developing your skills.
