Our 2-year graduate scheme is an accelerated development programme which will see you working with a global multi-disciplinary team of engineering experts who specialise in high-performance, niche volume manufacturing for complex, precision, electro-mechanical products. All whilst gaining experience across several disciplines including business development, marketing, engineering, and consultancy.
You will be supporting our business development team from the outset by providing internal sales support to the cross-sector sales leads. This will include:

internal expediting, bid development and management support, data management and supporting compliance to various audits.

initiating, managing and tracking the tactical elements of the sales and marketing activities for the business

owning and managing the existing sales support material and data for the business

Working with the sector Market Heads to develop the sales offering

desk based market research analysis of competitors and market opportunities and trends and providing detailed customer analysis and management information

developing and maintaining sales and marketing reporting tools

working with marketing to develop promotional materials, our online presence and other tactical marketing activities in line with business requirements

ensuring that costing and estimates for proposal are accurate

communicating sales and marketing updates at staff briefings

We also support you to work towards your CEng or IEng qualification with fees covered and mentorship provided.
Required
- Minimum of 2:1 in a business-related degree, or a manufacturing or engineering degree with relevant business related modules
- Experience in social media marketing
- Willingness to travel where required and appropriate
