To meet the world’s increasing requirement for innovative technological and engineering solutions, Ricardo is looking to recruit highly qualified graduates from the following engineering disciplines:

  • Mechanical
  • Automotive
  • Electronic
  • Software
  • Hardware
  • Manufacturing​

Successful candidates will have a minimum 2:1 degree and ideally a PhD, MSc, MEng or BEng to work as part of a multinational and multidisciplined team. We are looking to recruit self-motivated engineers with a strong desire to work within the automotive industry demonstrated through workplace experience or outside interests. 

We will also consider candidates who have undertaken relevant work experience and are particularly interested in those who have a second European language. Evidence of interest in the following would be an advantage: Motorsport, restoration projects, formula student.

If not, our graduate recruitment campaigns begin in January each year. Formal graduate intakes usually occur in the autumn, with the number of recruits varying each year according to business needs.

You can apply to the Ricardo Graduate Academy at any time. However,  please be aware that we do not contact graduates for our upcoming autumn intake until the preceding January.
